I have placed an order, what is next?

Now that your personalised save the dates have been ordered. Our dedicated design team will check, check again and then one more time that everything is in order before sending you a digital proof to be approved before our print team lovingly print and dispatch your order.

When will I receive my proof?

Once you have placed your order, our dedicated graphics team will aim to get your proof ready for viewing within 3 working days. This gives us enough time to ensure your save the dates are perfect on first viewing.

How long will my order take? 

From the moment you place your order we aim to get your order dispatched within one week. This time frame can change depending on how many revisions are needed during the design of your save the dates and when the proof is approved.

Can I change the colour of the design?

A lot of our templates have been designed with a particular colour scheme in mind but don’t let that worry you. Our dedicated design team will work with you to get your design just as you want including changing any colours you want.

Do I get envelopes included?
